Preparation Marathon Ghent 2019
Welcome to Let's Run Toget (t) her (e), the new reconnaissance & training run towards the Ghent Marathon 2019!
After the great success of our group training last year, we start again with two training blocks. This to let you know the new, beautiful nature trail towards Drongen, St-Denijs-Westrem and De Pinte in a correct, fun and responsible way. Build together with our coaches to your chosen distance (21 or 42 km).
Start and arrival of every training is our club house near the Huis van de Sport (Zuiderlaan 13 9000 Gent)
Thuesday: 19:30-21:00 (resistance training)
Thursday: 19:30-21:00 (interval training)
Sunday: 09:00-12:00 (endurance training)
After each training you can enjoy a delicious Cécémel as a perfect recovery drink.
