At Club 365 we  offer you a selection of varied training courses, three to four times a week. The resistance training (Thuesday), interval training (Thursday) and endurance training sessions (Sunday) are included in your membership package and always start at our clubhouse De Loft (Zuiderlaan 13, Ghent). The Core Stability trainings on Wednesday, given by our partner Rise & Run In Style, are paid separately. Members of Club 365 receive a 50% discount on Core Stability training.
