Club 365 offers a variety of training courses 5 days a week. The resistance (di), interval (Thu & Sat) and endurance training (Sun) are included in the membership fee. Triathlon training (swimming on Thursdays, cycling on Wednesdays and Saturdays) is also included. Every training starts at our clubhouse De Loft (Zuiderlaan 13, Ghent).
The content (exercises, distance, ...) of the training will always be announced (in the morning) in our latest news (Facebook group).

Stefaan ‘marathonman’ Engels
Lopers die aan de Watersportbaan of in de Gentse regio hun benen strekken hebben Stefaan reeds mee zien fietsen met Club365. Stefaan is een doorwinterde marathonloper, die graag met de fiets lopers gezelschap houdt.
